The event titled “Using MAXQDA in the Data Analysis Process,” conducted by specialist Burak VAROL on November 20, 2025, was held with the participation of graduate students and academics interested in qualitative data analysis methods. During the session, the theoretical framework of qualitative data analysis was addressed; in this context, components such as MAXQDA’s coding processes, category creation stages, management of analysis units, the analytical functions of memos, and data visualization techniques were explained in detail. Furthermore, the software’s contributions to research processes were comprehensively discussed.
At the conclusion of the program, a certificate of appreciation was presented to Varol by our Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Aziz Gökhan ÖZKOÇ.
